Here's an excerpt about the Mad City 2010 project:
"Mad City 2010" is an extremely creative, eclectic album of songs that has been referred to
as "a Cliffs Notes on modern-day society." Dealing with subjects such as war, the
environment, HIV/AIDS, the over-reliance on technology and racism, Eddy Free's "Mad City
2010" does not shy away from difficult, socially-conscious subject matter. Musically, it
combines hip-hop and elements of soul, electro-pop, classical and
jazz.
